bf33 Terms & Conditions — Platform Rules for Bangladesh Players

1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout:

• "bf33" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino services accessible at bf33.io and all associated subdomains, mobile web interfaces, and related digital services.
• "Player", "User", or "You" refers to any individual who accesses, registers for, or uses the bf33 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user account created by a Player to access the bf33 platform and its services.
• "Bet" or "Wager" refers to any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, or other outcome available through the bf33 sportsbook or casino sections.
• "Funds" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳) balance held within a Player's bf33 account at any given time.
• "Bonus Funds" refers to promotional credits, free bets, or bonus amounts awarded by bf33 to a Player under specific promotional terms.
• "Real Money Funds" refers to funds deposited by a Player via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, or Mastercard that are not subject to bonus wagering requirements.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" refers to any country or territory from which access to and use of the bf33 platform is restricted, blocked, or legally prohibited.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

The bf33 platform is strictly restricted to adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account, place bets, access the casino, claim bonuses, or make any financial transactions on the bf33 platform. This minimum age requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all Players regardless of the legal gambling age in their jurisdiction.

2.2 Age Verification Process

bf33 reserves the right to request proof of age from any Player at any time. Acceptable proof of age documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification showing the Player's date of birth. Until age verification is satisfactorily completed, bf33 may restrict deposits, withdrawals, and access to certain platform features.

2.3 Underage Play

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended. All funds within such an account will be handled in accordance with bf33's responsible gaming policy. bf33 will not pay out any winnings to Players who were underage at the time of their betting activity.

2.4 Geographic Eligibility

bf33 services are primarily directed at Players located in Bangladesh. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly prohibited by local law do so entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility. bf33 makes no representation that its services are lawful in any jurisdiction outside of those it explicitly targets.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the bf33 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether in the same name, with different names, across shared devices, or across shared IP addresses — is strictly prohibited. bf33 uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. All duplicate accounts will be suspended and the accumulated balances may be confiscated.

3.2 Accurate Registration Information

Players must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during the registration process. This includes full legal name, date of birth, registered mobile number, and any other information requested during sign-up. Providing false information, impersonating another individual, or using fictitious identity details constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and will result in immediate account termination.

3.3 Account Verification

bf33 may, at its discretion or as required by its operational policies, request that Players complete a formal account verification process (commonly known as "Know Your Customer" or KYC). Players may be asked to submit one or more of the following: a copy of a valid NID or passport; a recent utility bill or bank statement showing the registered address; proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. Failure to complete verification within a reasonable period may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

3.4 Account Ownership

A bf33 account is personal to the registered Player and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, pledged, or otherwise assigned to any third party. Playing through an account that belongs to another person — even with that person's knowledge — is prohibited and will result in the suspension of both accounts.

4. Account Security

4.1 Password Responsibility

Players are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their account login credentials, including their username and password. bf33 strongly recommends choosing a strong, unique password and enabling two-factor authentication (SMS-based) where available.

4.2 Unauthorized Access

If a Player suspects that their account has been accessed without authorization, they must notify bf33 immediately by contacting [email protected]. bf33 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to maintain the security of their credentials or has delayed in reporting suspicious activity.

4.3 Device Security

Players are responsible for ensuring that any device used to access the bf33 platform is free from malware, keyloggers, and unauthorized remote access software. bf33 accepts no liability for financial losses resulting from compromised devices used to access Player accounts.

5. Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bf33 accepts deposits via the following payment methods for Bangladesh-based Players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). bf33 does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency, wire transfer, or any payment method not listed in the platform's current payment section.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount per transaction is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed and will be returned to the originating payment method where technically feasible. Maximum deposit limits may apply per transaction or per day depending on the payment method used and the Player's account verification status.

5.3 Deposit Processing Time

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are processed in near real-time and will reflect in the Player's bf33 account balance within minutes of confirmation. Card deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes to reflect. bf33 is not responsible for delays caused by the Player's payment provider or mobile network operator.

5.4 Deposit Ownership

Players must only deposit funds from payment methods registered in their own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from third-party payment methods, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account suspension and fund forfeiture.

6. Withdrawals

6.1 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount per transaction is ৳200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply depending on the Player's verification status and the selected withdrawal method.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the bf33 payments team. Standard processing time is within 30 minutes to 2 hours following approval for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay withdrawals. Processing times may be longer during periods of high transaction volume, during public holidays in Bangladesh, or where additional verification is required.

6.3 Withdrawal Method Matching

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. bf33 reserves the right to request verification before processing any withdrawal and to reject withdrawal requests where the destination payment method cannot be confirmed as belonging to the registered Player.

6.4 Wagering Requirements Before Withdrawal

Real Money Funds that have not been subject to any bonus wagering requirement may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the minimums and verification requirements described above. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to the specific wagering requirements stated in the applicable bonus offer terms. Players must satisfy all applicable wagering requirements before Bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on the bf33 sportsbook are subject to acceptance by bf33 at its sole discretion. bf33 reserves the right to decline, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason. Bet acceptance is not guaranteed even where the platform interface shows a bet as pending.

7.2 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant sporting event as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., the Bangladesh Cricket Board for domestic cricket, ICC for international cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute between published results, bf33's internal settlement decision is final.

7.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void by bf33 in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the minimum completion threshold; the odds at which the bet was accepted were clearly erroneous; the event result cannot be determined from official sources within a reasonable timeframe; or evidence of match manipulation or integrity concerns is identified by bf33 or the relevant sporting authority.

7.4 Live Betting

In-play and live betting markets are offered on selected events. In-play odds update in real time. bf33 accepts no responsibility for transmission delays between the live event and the platform interface. Bets placed on markets that have already been resolved — due to transmission delay or connectivity issues on the Player's side — may be voided at bf33's discretion.

8. Casino & Game Rules

8.1 Game Integrity

8.2 Game Rules Precedence

8.3 Disconnection During Play

9. Bonuses & Promotions

9.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonus offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. General bonus principles applicable across all bf33 promotions include the following.

9.2 One Bonus Per Player

Each promotional offer is available to one account per Player, per household, per device, and per shared IP address. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times — through duplicate accounts or other means — constitutes bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account suspension.

9.3 Wagering Requirements

bf33 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected Players via in-account notification or email where reasonably practicable.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bf33 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities where legally required:

• Registering more than one account on the bf33 platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identity or payment information.
• Using the platform while under the age of 21.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or other non-human means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic to generate winnings — any winnings obtained this way will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or other sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on bf33.
• Depositing funds obtained through criminal activity or using bf33 as a money laundering vehicle.
• Abusing bonus offers, including through coordinated bonus farming or systematic exploitation of promotion structures.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing bf33 staff or other Players through any communication channel.

11. Responsible Gaming

12. Suspension & Termination

12.1 Suspension by bf33

bf33 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has breached these Terms & Conditions, has engaged in fraudulent activity, has provided false information, or where account suspension is required to comply with applicable law or internal risk management policy.

12.2 Player-Initiated Closure

Players may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting bf33 support at [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, bf33 will process any eligible remaining Real Money balance in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, subject to identity verification requirements. Bonus Funds outstanding at the time of closure will be forfeited.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination or suspension of an account — whether initiated by bf33 or the Player — the Player's access to the platform is revoked immediately. Provisions of these Terms & Conditions that by their nature should survive termination (including those relating to prohibited conduct, limitation of liability, and governing law) remain in full force following account closure.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bf33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from or in connection with a Player's use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical failure; losses arising from delayed or failed transactions; losses arising from unauthorized account access; or losses attributable to a Player's reliance on information published on the platform. bf33's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which bf33 operates. Any dispute arising between a Player and bf33 in connection with these Terms & Conditions or the Player's use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the relevant jurisdiction. bf33 and the Player agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation before initiating formal legal proceedings.
